My Story
I know what it's like to love God and still feel stuck, tired, and lost.
Fear, overthinking, and the weight of my past stole my peace for years. I know what it feels like to believe God's promises and still struggle to move forward.
I walked through brain surgery, twenty-three years of epilepsy, the loss of a successful business, and betrayal. There were seasons when I wondered whether life would ever change.
But God met me in the middle of my pain. His Word became my anshor. As I learned to renew my mind and stand on His promises, He began to restore my peace, strenghthen my faith , and help me see that my past did not have to control my future.Today, I help Christian women renew their minds so their past no longer controls their future. Through my books teaching, and faith-based coaching, I help women recognize the thoughts that keep them stuck, renew their minds in truth, and take confident next steps towards a freer life.
